Managing change processes
Would you like to specialise in change management and organisational development? And would you like to learn how a personal approach can contribute to change among staff? Then take the minor in Change and Innovation. In this minor, you’ll gain theoretical knowledge about organisational change and learn the skills you will need as a manager of change processes, such creating the right conditions and creating a business culture in which change is the order of the day. In addition, you’ll discover how good employee policy can make costly change processes unnecessary.

• Apply your theoretical knowledge in practical assignments.
• Attend lectures given by experts in change management.
• Formulate an action plan for an organisational change.

The minor is worth 15 ECTS credits and is offered in English in Qatar. The course closes with various reports and an action plan.
