  • Dr. Dan Musinguzi is a Senior Lecturer at Stenden University Qatar (SUQ). He holds a PhD in Tourism Management, a Master’s degree in Heritage and Cultural Management, and a Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Tourism. Before joining SUQ, he worked at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University as a Tutor and Research Assistant.
    Dr. Musinguzi’s teaching interests include tourism management, research methods, strategic management, culture, and heritage. He is an advocate for lifelong learning, and believes that “once you stop learning, you start dying” (Albert Einstein).
    His research interests are tourism impacts, residents’ attitudes and perceptions to tourism, pro-poor tourism, sustainable tourism, cultural heritage preservation, tourism planning and development, leveraging sports events, service quality in tourism, and knowledge development. He is an active reviewer of research papers for academic journals and conferences.
