  • After successful training during her academic studies, Ms. Ibtihaj started her professional career in 1993 and has accumulated over 20 years of experience in Hospitality in some of the most prestigious hotels such as  the Sheraton Agadir, the Sheraton Doha, the Intercontinental Abu Dhabi, and the Intercontinental Doha. Khadija has occupied different senior positions where she has gained excellent experience and exposures within hospitality industry which has enabled her to educate and train others.

    Khadija Joined Stenden University Qatar in 2005 as a Lecturer and Practical Training Manager. She enjoys educating and introducing students to the world of the hospitality industry from the practical experience that she gained in the field. She has also coordinated programs such as Food & Beverage, Front Office, Performing Daily Operations, Service Concept, Service Context, and Problem Based Learning. Khadija has also managed Practical Training Assignments at the University by opening communication channels with different prestigious organizations, including hotels in Doha, in order to  place students to perform their Practical Training.

  • Graduated from the University of Hassan the Second in Mohammedia – Morocco majoring in Arabic Literature in 1989989, Khadija also holds Hotel Management Diploma, from Eljadida – Morocco, awarded year 1992.
